Featuring 40-plus entrants across five different classes, the Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 Hour Race is Australia’s premier international endurance race. Featuring GT3, GT3 Cup Cars, GT4 and an Invitational classes, the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour sees everything from heavily modified supercars from manufacturers including McLaren, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin; to production-based cars including Ford Focus’s and Mazda 3’s (albeit with anything but stock V8’s!) share the hallowed asphalt of Mount Paorama at the same time! Like all endurance races, the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour is a fascinating battle between outright performance and durability – nothing proving this more than the fact that in 2014, a Fiat 500 completed more laps of the hallowed Mt Panorama circuit than a Porsche 911 (ironic that a Fiat would be associated with being reliable)! Attracting some of the top drivers both domestically (including Supercars stars, Jamie Whincup, Craig Lowndes, Mark Winterbottom and Shane Van Gisbergen) and internationally (F1 driver, Mika Salo and 5 x German Touring Car champion, Bernd Scheider), the racing at the Bathurst 12 Hour is always fierce and exhilarating despite it’s length![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
