2020 Isle of Man TT Cancellation Advice
Due to health and safety precautions surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic the 2020 Isle of Man TT has been cancelled.
March 31st, 2020 Update: Our Global Operations team is currently in process of contacting each of our guests with flights included in their 2020 Isle of Man TT package. Each airline holds unique policies, affecting customers differently. Our mission continues to be providing each of our customers with a positive outcome, as quickly as possible. We will discuss your package with you specifically. We are taking care to ensure each event is dealt with correctly and thoroughly to get the most positive outcome for you. As each of our travel packages are tailored to specific guests needs and requests, there is not a one size fits all solution.
If you are waiting for a call regarding flights, know we have a high volume of guests travelling to the Isle of Man. It may take time for our team to reach you. If you have not received a phone call regarding your flights by April 7th , 2020 and you believe you should have, please email [email protected].
Regarding a final remedy to your travel package, we are still waiting on a number of suppliers to respond to us before we can resolve each account completely. Please understand we are working hard to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, and respect the challenging landscape we are currently operating in. We will be in touch with our guests directly once we are able to provide a remedy for your individual packages.
This will take time, so in the meantime; here’s a word from our Sportsnet Holidays ambassador, two-time winner and Isle of Man TT great Cameron Donald.
We’re working with the IOM government, event organisers & event suppliers to ensure an amicable outcome can be achieved on behalf of our guests. To curb the spread of COVID-19 many of our suppliers on the Isle of Man have gone into forced isolation or temporary closure, which has slowed the process.
