Our mission continues to be providing each of our customers with a positive outcome, as quickly as possible. We will discuss your package with you specifically. We are taking care to ensure each event is dealt with correctly and thoroughly. As each of our travel packages are tailored to specific guests needs and requests, there is not a one size fits all solution.

Regarding a final remedy to your travel package, we are still waiting on a number of suppliers to respond to us before we can resolve each account completely. Please understand we are working hard to resolve this for you as quickly as possible, and respect the challenging landscape we are currently operating in. We will be in touch with our guests directly once we are able to provide a remedy for your individual packages.

This will take time, so in the meantime; here’s a word from our Sportsnet Holidays ambassador, two-time winner and Isle of Man TT great Cameron Donald.

We’re working with the IOM government, event organisers & event suppliers to ensure an amicable outcome can be achieved on behalf of our guests. To curb the spread of COVID-19 many of our suppliers on the Isle of Man have gone into forced isolation or temporary closure, which has slowed the process.

As a business Sportsnet Holidays’ success has been built on satisfying our customers; many of whom travel with us year in and year out. The coronavirus does not change our mission to keep our customers satisfied. We are focused on achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
