2020 Perth SuperNight Postponement Advice


Due to COVID-19 novel coronavirus the 2020 Perth SuperNight has been postponed from May 15-17.

All Sportsnet Holidays customers who hold travel packages to the 2020 Perth SuperNight have been provided a travel credit inline with the specifics of their package.

If you hold a 2020 Perth SuperNight travel package, a travel credit note has been sent via email to the address provided upon booking your package. Please refer to the email sent to you via [email protected] with the subject title: “Sportsnet Holidays Credit Note” followed by your account number.

When future Perth SuperNight packages are available, guests with 2020 Perth SuperNight travel packages will be given priority access to the new event dates. You will be contacted by email and sms when your priority booking window is open.
Guests who are not able to travel to the next scheduled Perth SuperNight will be able to use their credit on any Sportsnet Holidays listed event. Please refer to your travel credit note for the full terms and conditions.

Once a new date has been set, Sportsnet Holidays will work with all of our global suppliers; event organisers, airlines, cruise companies, hotels and hospitality venues to ensure an amicable outcome can be achieved on behalf of our guests that have been immediately impacted. Our suppliers are individual business entities and hold their own unique policies. The specifics of each travel package will influence the possible outcomes we can achieve for each customer. With thousands of customers and numerous stakeholders around the world involved, we appreciate your patience as we resolve this situation for you individually. To curb the spread of COVID-19 many of our suppliers have gone into government forced isolation; business & economies have halted, slowing the process. We understand that it’s frustrating that we cannot provide a detailed remedy at this time. Know we are engineering the best possible outcome we can for you.
