A. No, airport transfers are not included in the package however they can be added should you book flights through Sportsnet Holidays.

A. Yes, coach transfers are included from the hotel to the circuit.

A. October is one of the most pleasant months for traveling in Japan as the weather remains warm and is no longer hot and humid. Rain is common so bring your ponchos!

On arrival at your hotel and after checking in, you have the option of relaxing at the hotel or heading into the city to explore the hustle and bustle of Tokyo.

FRIDAY 18 OCTOBER 2019 – Tokyo Sightseeing and Transfer to Hotel near Motegi Circuit

Breakfast at the hotel.

This morning, check out of your hotel and enjoy a brilliant introduction to Japan with a sightseeing bus tour of Tokyo including the popular Asakusa Sensoji Temple and Nakamise Shopping Street. After your introduction to Tokyo, you will experience a Samurai Experience where you will learn simple sword techniques and some footwork before enjoying a Tempura & Sushi set lunch at a local restaurant where you can get to know your fellow travellers.

After lunch, you will be transferred to your next destination. Prior to checking in to your next hotel, you will get the chance to explore the factory of one of Japan’s favourite beers, Asahi. On completion of the visit, enjoy a tasting before you make your way to the hotel, Okura Frontier Tsukuba, which will be your base for the next three nights.

After a big day of travel and sightseeing, be sure to get an early night before a big couple of days of spectacular MotoGP racing.

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Twin Ring Motegi Circuit. Please refer to the provisional race schedule below:

Should you get the chance, be sure to check out the Honda Collection Hall which is located within the grounds of Motegi Circuit – where approximately 300 restored motorcycles, automobiles, power products and racing machines are on display.

SUNDAY 20 OCTOBER 2019 – MotoGP Race Day

MONDAY 21 OCTOBER 2019 – Tokyo

Breakfast at the hotel.

Check out of the hotel before getting back on the coach for your transfer to Tokyo.

On the way back to Tokyo, the coach will stop for a visit of the Ushiku Daibutsu statue. Standing at 120 metres and once the tallest statue in the world, the Ushiku Daibutsu was built to commemorate the birth of Shinran, founder of the Jodo Shinshu sect of Japanese Buddhism. You will have some free time here to ride the elevator to the viewing gallery which offers incredible views before getting back on the coach and continuing your journey back to Tokyo.

Once we arrive back in Tokyo, this marks the end of your tour.
