Staged annually over three days in July so as to avoid clashing with the Formula 1® season and therefore allowing as many F1® drivers and fans to attend as possible, the Goodwood Festival of Speed is the biggest and most celebrated automotive festival in the world! Over 1000,000 “petrol heads” descend on the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex on each of the three days to see just about anything with an engine and wheels tear up what’s perhaps the world’s most famous 1.86km of track! However, the Festival of Speed is far more than just a simple sprint up the beautiful English countryside – some of the world’s most prestigious marques use the Moving Motor Show, which is also held within the grounds of Goodwood House, to showcase their latest and greatest models as well as concept cars.

Although these days the Goodwood Festival of Speed is more a festival and celebration of all things that go fast (and even some things that don’t!) than anything else, the event is still technically classified as a hill climb, which means that visitors are provided with a sensational view of the action! Spectators are separated from the track by a mere few metres of reinforced straw bales. This is basically unheard of in a top-tier motorsport event!

If descending upon the grounds of Goodwood House to be a part of the world’s most renowned automotive festival is something you’ve always dreamed of, please take a moment to register your interest by entering your details in the Enquiry Form below. When our Goodwood Festival of Speed 2017 packages are released, we’ll be in touch shortly afterwards to discuss the inclusions and your travel requirements further.
