Q. Can we sell packages to New Zealand Residents?
A. Yes, Sportsnet Holidays can sell worldwide including New Zealand residents.
Q. Why should I provide my club code to Sportsnet Holidays?
A. Provide your club code and receive your chosen clubs “Mape”.
Q. Can I take food and drink with me into Eden Park?
A. Patrons are permitted to bring a home packed lunch and non-alcoholic beverages which are sealed in plastic and no larger than 1L. These must fit into a soft chilled bag (should be able to fit under your stadium seat).
Q. Is Sportsnet Corporation an Official and/or Appointed operator?
A. Yes, Sportsnet Holidays is the Exclusive Official Travel Agent for the Downer NRL Auckland Nines.

Q. Can I buy tickets without accommodation?
A. No, tickets, must be bought in conjunction with accommodation.
Q. Can I buy the package without tickets?
A. Yes.
Q. Are there children’s tickets available?
A. Yes, children’s tickets are available for this event (4-14 years of age). 0-3 Years old are free of charge as long as they sit on the lap of a paying adult.
Q. Can I request where I sit?
A. Yes, however this is subject to availability.

Q. Do grandstand tickets include reserved seating?
A. Yes, all packages include reserved seating.

A. No.

Function
Q. Where is the function being held?
A. The Great Room at The Langham Auckland.
Q. Is there a dress code?

Q. Can I purchase tickets to the function only?
A. No, you may only purchase tickets to the function in conjunction with the Sportsnet Holidays packages.
Q. Can I purchase event and function ticket only?
A. No.
Q. Can I remove the function from the package?
A. Yes, you may remove the function from the package only if your flight into Auckland does not arrive at a suitable hour.
Q. Is there a child rate?
A. Yes, child rates are as follows:
13-17 years – $130

Flights & Transfers
Q. Are flights and pre-paid taxes included in the package?
A. Yes, flights are pre-paid airfare taxes are included in this package.
Q. Are transfers included from the airport to my hotel? If so, what type?
A. Yes, shared airport coach transfers are included in the package.
Q. Are transfers included from my hotel to the function? If so, what type?
A. No transfers to and from the function are not included in the package, you must make your own way to and from the Langham. Taxis and public transport are fantastic and reliable in Auckland.
Q. Are transfers included from my hotel to the event? If so, what type?
A. Yes, public transport is complimentary to all Downer NRL Auckland Nine ticket holders. Simply show your event ticket when you board a special event bus or train on route to Eden Park on the 4th and 5th February.

Destination
Q. What is the weather generally like at the time of the event?
A. The event is held in summer, so the weather is generally around 20-25°c. Don’t forget to pack your Sportsnet Holidays Cap!

Documentation
Q. When can I expect to receive my tickets?
A. All documentation, including your event tickets, will be sent via courier to your nominated Australian address approximately 1 week prior to the event. Please note no signature is required and the courier will leave your documents in a safe place should you not be home. You will receive an email or call to confirm your address prior to delivery and to advise you of the estimated delivery date.
