From the 5th December 2017, you can apply for Individual Match Tickets for all Matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™, as well as Venue Specific Tickets. Recognised Supporters can also apply for Supporter Tickets and Conditional Supporter Tickets for Matches played by their respective team, which come out of the allocation made available to each of the teams playing.
You will qualify as a Recognised Supporter of a team if you satisfy one or more of the following criteria:
1. Nationality of the respective country of the team;
2. Residence of the respective country of the team;
3. Membership of the official supporter club of the team (if applicable).
A team may define existing membership rules that need to be met by Ticket Applicants in order to be considered as a Recognised Supporter of that team. For more information, please visit the FAQs section.
The second Random Selection Draw Sales Period starts on the 5th December 2017, at 10H CET / 12H Moscow Time, and will end on the 31st January 2018, at 10H CET / 12H Moscow Time. If necessary, Tickets will be allocated accordingly by Random Selection Draw.
During the Random Selection Draw Sales Period in Sales Phase (2), Ticket Applicants may submit their Ticket Application online at any time throughout the respective Random Selection Draw Sales period, without any preference given in respect of the date of the submission (i.e. earlier submissions will not be preferred and do not have better chances of success than later submissions). During this Sales Period, Ticket purchases are not processed as a real-time transaction, but FIFA will collect all Ticket Applications submitted during the entire Random Selection Draw Sales Period for the allocation of Tickets at a predetermined date.
If demand for Tickets does not exceed the available inventory for a given Match and/or Ticket category, then the available Tickets will be allocated directly to those Ticket Applicants that have submitted an application for the respective Match and/or category.
If demand for Tickets exceeds the available inventory for a given Match and/or Ticket category, then Random Selection Draw(s) will take place to determine which Ticket Applicants will be allocated Tickets. All successful, partially and unsuccessful Ticket Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications.

Russian residents who choose to pay by Bank Transfer need to ensure that full payment is received by FIFA within seven (7) days of receipt of the Ticket Confirmation of a successful/partially successful Ticket Application. This process will take place after the Random Selection Draw Sales Period and will be concluded prior to the start of the First Come First Served period, which starts on 13th March 2018.
Tickets allocated by FIFA to you during Sales Phase (1) and Sales Phase (2) will be delivered by courier to your address, with the exception of the situations that are listed in the Ticket Sales Regulations and are also explained in the Frequently Asked Questions.
