A. There is a 3 night minimum stay at the Hotel Chicago Downtown and The Westin Chicago River North.

A. Yes, return transfers are included between the hotel and the arena for the All Star match on Sunday and the State Farm All Star Saturday Night with the accommodation packages only.
Q. What is the weather generally like at the time of the event?
A. Expect some cold temperatures in Chicago at this time of year. The average daily temperature is only just above 1°C, however can drop as low as -8°C. Chicago isn’t known as the windy city for nothing so be prepared for all conditions including rain and snow.

Q. When can I expect to receive my tickets?
A. All documentation, including your event tickets, will be sent via courier to your nominated Australian address approximately 1 week prior to the event. Please note no signature is required and the courier will leave your documents in a safe place should you not be home. You will receive a call prior to delivery to advise you of the estimated delivery date.
