Tickets
Q. Can I buy tickets without accommodation?
A. No, tickets must be bought in conjunction with accommodation.
Q. Can I buy the package without tickets?
A. Yes.
Q. Are there children’s tickets available?
A. Yes, concession tickets are available, however you must present a valid concession card upon entry to the event.
Q. Can I request where I sit?
A. Yes, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Q. Are there different standards of tickets?
A. There are different standard of tickets from a Ground Pass, Margaret Court to Rod Laver Arena Reserved Tickets. A mix of Ground Passes and Upper Sun Rod Laver Arena tickets are included in our lead packages.
Q. Do grandstand tickets include reserved seating?
A. Margaret Court and Rod Laver Arena is reserved seating. All outside courts including John Cain Arena are unreserved seats.
Q. Is there disabled access to the event?
A. Yes, however disability tickets are subject to availability.
Q. Will patrons be required to be vaccinated to attend Australian Open 2022?
A. Tennis Australia’s primary focus is ensuring the safety of the community. All future announcements regarding entry requirements will be made in accordance with the latest COVID-19 restrictions. Vaccination requirements will be approved in partnership with the Victorian Government.

A. Yes.

A. Yes.
Q. What is the minimum night stay?
A. There is a 2-night minimum night stay throughout the tournament at the Adina Apartment Hotel Northbank, Adina Apartment Hotel Southbank, Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne and WRAP on Southbank. There is a 2-night minimum stay on selected nights at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade as well as a 4-night minimum stay on selected nights at Crown Towers.
Flights & Transfers
Q. Are flights and pre-paid taxes included in the package?
A. No, flights and pre-paid airfare taxes are not included in this package. Please speak to your expert consultant to organise flights for you.
Q. Are transfers included from the airport to my hotel? If so, what type?
A. No, transfers are not included. However if you have purchased flights with Sportsnet Holidays please speak with your expert consultant who can arrange these for you.
Q. Are transfers included from my hotel to the event? If so, what type?
A. No, transfers are not included between the hotel and the event. A number of the hotels are in walking distance of Melbourne Park otherwise Yarra trams will operate an Australian Open Shuttle tram between the city and Melbourne Park and is free for all passengers who have a valid tennis ticket for the applicable day.
