Welcome Dinner and Tour Host
This is a fully-escorted tour, meaning you will have a dedicated Sportsnet Holidays' tour host at your disposal over the weekend and welcome dinner at the Wonthaggi Workmen's Club on the Thursday.
Scenic Helicopter Joy Flight
Take in one of the most spectacular scenic flight patterns in Victoria as you fly over the entire racing circuit and enjoy the breath-taking views of Phillip Island and Bass Strait.
Local Accommodation and Transfers
4 night stay at the MJ McMahon Motel in Wonthaggi, with daily breakfast provided and private coach transfers to the nearby Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit included.

3 Day Doohan Pavilion Grandstand
3-day reserved seat in the Doohan Pavilion Grandstand, a favourite of long-time MotoGP fans that overlooks the apex of the Southern Loop, with access to exclusive food & drink facilities.

Welcome to Melbourne
Today make your way to the Southern Cross Coach Terminal located at 205 Spencer Street, Melbourne.
Your Sportsnet Tour Host will be onsite to greet you and your fellow travellers as you board the coach to Wonthaggi.
If you are meeting us directly at the MJ McMahon Motel and do not require the coach, we look forward to meeting you at the motel in the afternoon.
On arrival at the MJ McMahon Hotel, collect your luggage and proceed to check in.
This evening meet your Sportsnet Tour Host and fellow guests for a welcome dinner adjacent to the motel at the Wonthaggi Workmen’s Club at 18:00. This will include a two-course meal plus one beer or wine. Additional drinks can be purchased from the bar.

Practice session and Riders Dinner
Enjoy breakfast at the motel before meeting your Tour Host in the motel reception for a group transfer to the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.
Enjoy all the action of the race with your Geneal Admission ticket, or access your upgraded Doohan Pavillion or VIP Village hospitality ticket.
Your package includes an 8-minute helicopter flight incorporating two laps of the racing circuit. Please visit the helipad located adjacent to Gate 7 to redeem your voucher anytime throughout the event on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
At the conclusion of the day's racing, meet your Sportsnet Tour Host for your coach transfer to Sportsnet Holidays and MotoGP Premier Riders Dinner at Silverwater Resort in San Remo.
Tonight, along with your fellow Sportsnet travellers you will attend the Sportsnet Holidays and MotoGP Premier Riders Dinner. Our guest MC will provide an excellent insight into the weekend's racing with the opportunity to hear from MotoGP personalities who will pop in for an exclusive interview. Allowing time for an autograph and photos, the evening provides a great opportunity to get to know these superstars off-track. Combined with music, dinner and drinks, the Sportsnet Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Dinner is a not-to-be-missed event!
At the conclusion of the function, you will be transferred back to the MJ McMahon Motel.

Departure Day
Today we say goodbye and transfer back to Melbourne. Please check out of the hotel today no later than 10:00. For those that are transferring back to Southern Cross Coach Terminal the coach will depart at 10:00.
