2 Day MotoGP VIP Village Access
2 day access to the exclusive MotoGP VIP Village™. Located inside the Pit Building, it offers premium views of the start/finish line, Pit Lane and Paddock area. Includes buffet breakfast, lunch and afternoon canapes with beverages including beers, wines and soft drinks, plus rider Q&A sessions, Pit Lane walks and official trophy photo opportunities.
2 Day Apex Access
The most superior MotoGP™ experience available, enjoy 2 days Apex access to the MotoGP Premier Lounge with unrivalled view of the track, Pit and Paddock from an airconditioned suite. Includes premium buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon canapes and beverages, plus MotoGP rider and insider Q&A sessions, Pit Lane Walks, behind-the-scenes team garage tour and support race grid access.
Rider and insider appearances are subject to change at anytime.
Guests must be 15 years or older for Support Race Grid Access (Apex package only).
Hospitality tickets are for Saturday and Sunday only. Only hospitality ticket holders will have access to the circuit on Friday (Paddock & General Admission areas only) but must make their own way to and from the track (subject to change from race organisers).
Tour Itinerary
Welcome to Indonesia!
Upon arrival, please make your own way to the Artotel Sanur where check-in will be available from 14:00pm. Use the afternoon to relax by the pool or explore the surrounding areas.
This evening, join your Sportsnet Holidays Tour Host for a welcome drink at the hotel’s rooftop bar, BART Sanur. Here you will be provided with an overview of the upcoming Indonesia MotoGP Tour and have the chance to meet your fellow travellers.

Bali to Lombok
Following breakfast at the hotel, please check-out and meet your Sportsnet Tour Host in the hotel lobby for a private coach transfer to Bali Padang Bai Ferry Terminal (travel time approximately 1.15hrs).
The ferry is scheduled to depart for Lombok at 2:00 PM, with an expected arrival at Lombok Senggigi ferry terminal at approximately 3:30 PM. (Please note that the ferry schedule is subject to change.)
Upon arrival, a private coach transfer will transfer the group to the Swiss-Belcourt Lombok hotel, where we will remain for the next 4 nights (travel time approximately 1hr).
Following check-in, enjoy the evening at your leisure.

Explore Lombok
Included breakfast at the hotel.
This morning, join the group for a half day city tour of Lombok or enjoy time at leisure. Alternatively, if you purchased a VIP Village or Apex Hospitality weekend ticket, make your way to the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit for the practice session.
(Please note that whilst access to the track is permitted for VIP Village and Apex Hospitality ticket holders, hospitality inclusions are for Saturday and Sunday only. There will be no food or drink vendors operating).
This afternoon, prepare for an unforgettable evening at the Sportsnet Holidays Indonesian MotoGP Riders Dinner. Join the return coach transfer to the exclusive event, where you’ll enjoy dinner and a beverage package amidst a night of entertainment. Hosted by our guest MC and joined by a special guest MotoGP personality, sit back, and relax as we hear all about their career highlights, season review and insight into the highly anticipated race weekend. Previous Sportsnet MotoGP guests have included Gavin Emmet, Jack Miller and Simon Crafar among others.

Grand Prix of Indonesia Qualifying & Sprint Race
Following breakfast at the hotel, we make our way via coach to the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit for the all-important qualifying session and sprint race.
Immerse yourself in the exhilarating atmosphere of MotoGP from your choice of grandstand, VIP Village or Apex Hospitality.
Be sure to pack for all types of weather. Rain is common in Lombok during this time of year, but it is also hot and humid. Remember to bring a hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water.
At the conclusion of the sprint race, return to the coach for a transfer back to the hotel and an evening at leisure.

Grand Prix of Indonesia Main Race
After breakfast, join the coach as we make our way back to the Pertamina Mandalika Circuit for the eagerly awaited race day.
Witness all the excitement and action from your chosen grandstand, VIP Village or Apex Hospitality as the champion of the 2024 Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia is crowned.
At the conclusion of the race celebrations, return to the coach for a transfer back to the hotel and an evening at leisure.

Lombok to Bali
Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before checking out and joining the coach transfer to the Lombok Bangsal Ferry Terminal.
The ferry is scheduled to depart at 12:00 PM, with an expected arrival at Bali –Padang Bai ferry terminal at approximately 1:30 PM. (Please note that the ferry schedule is subject to change.)
