3-day V2 Grandstand ticket
With panoramic views over the main straight, this is the best place to watch the pre-race preparations, race start, all the action in Pit Lane and the post-race celebrations. Ticket also includes entry to the Suzuka Circuit amusement park.
5 Nights Hotel Accommodation
1 night accommodation at the 3-star Shinagawa Prince Hotel Tokyu and 4 nights’ accommodation at the 4-star Nagoya Tokyo Hotel.
Daily Coach / Shinkansen Train Transfers
Shinkansen Train transfer to and from Shinagawa Station and Nagoya Nozomi Station, as well as daily coach transfers between hotel and activities.

Welcome to Tokyo
Upon arrival into Tokyo, please make your own way to Shinagawa Prince Hotel Tokyo where check-in will be available from 15:00. Use the afternoon to enjoy the hotel facilities or explore the surrounding vibrant area.
This evening, join your Sportsnet Holidays Tour Host and fellow travellers for a welcome drink at the hotel. Here you will be provided with an overview of the upcoming 2025 Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix Tour.

Tokyo to Nagoya
Following breakfast at the hotel, please check out and meet your Sportsnet Tour Host in the hotel lobby. From here, we take a 200m walk to the train station and board a Shinkansen train from Tokyo to Nagoya. Your luggage will be transferred from Shinagawa Prince Hotel to your hotel in Nagoya via coach to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery on your train journey without the hassle of carting your suitcase around.
Upon arrival in Nagoya, a private coach will transfer the group to a local restaurant for lunch (drinks are not included). Spend the afternoon visiting Nagoya Castle and exploring the beautiful grounds surrounding. Visit a samurai residence, marvel at the impressive architecture and if you’re lucky, meet a real-life samurai or ninja.
Your time in Japan also co-insides with the Springtime festival, where the stunning sights of Japan’s world-famous Sakura (Cherry blossom trees) are in full bloom. There are around 1,000 cherry trees that surround the castle area making it one of the most picturesque places to witness one of nature’s most beautiful seasonal changes.
Later, transfer by private coach from Nagoya Castle to the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel where you will remain for the next four nights.
Tonight, the evening is at your leisure to explore Nagoya.

Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix - Practice Sessions
Following breakfast at the hotel, a private coach will transfer you to the Suzuka Circuit for an action-packed day of racing with the first two practice sessions.
Enjoy all of today’s racing action from your reserved seat in the V2 Grandstand. With panoramic views over the main straight, this is the best place to watch the pre-race preparations, race start, all the action in Pit Lane and the post-race celebrations. The grandstand is partially covered with seat-back style seating and giant TV screen viewing, so you do not miss a minute of the heart pounding action.
Your F1 ticket also includes entry into the Suzuka Circuit Amusement Park located adjacent to the circuit. Ride the attractions for free across the three days of the event.
Once racing has finished for the day, meet your Sportsnet Tour Host for the Inside F1 function held in the Paddock Club. During this exclusive invitation-only event by F1® Experience, delight in complimentary canapes, beer, wine, and soft drinks inside the premium hospitality venue while you enjoy special guest appearances from some of the biggest names in F1®. Guests may include a current or legendary driver, F1® team executive, F1® media personality or the FIA's F1® safety car driver.
At the conclusion of the evening, return to the coach for a transfer back to the hotel and an evening at leisure.

Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix - Final Practice and Qualifying
Following breakfast at the hotel, a private coach will transfer you to the Suzuka Circuit for the final practice session and the all-important qualifying session.
Enjoy all of today’s racing action from your reserved seat in the V2 Grandstand.
At the conclusion of the qualifying session, return to the coach for a transfer back to the hotel.
Tonight, the evening is at your leisure to explore Nagoya.

Formula 1 Japanese Grand Prix - Main Race
Following breakfast at the hotel, coach transfer to the Suzuka Circuit for the highly anticipated Race Day!
Enjoy all of today’s racing action from your reserved seat in the V2 Grandstand.
At the conclusion of the race celebrations, return to the coach for a transfer back to the hotel.
Tonight, the evening is at your leisure to explore Nagoya.

Enjoy a final breakfast at the hotel before checking out and joining the coach transfer to Nagoya train station.
From Nagoya, take the Shinkansen train back to Tokyo. Your luggage will be transferred from Nagoya Tokyu Hotel, via coach, where it will meet you in Tokyo.
Upon arrival into Shinagawa station, you will gather with the group and take a short walk to a local restaurant for a farewell lunch (drinks are not included).
After lunch you will collect your luggage and then it is time to bid farewell to your fellow travellers. Please note you will need to make your own arrangements for your onward journey.
