Booking Terms and Conditions

Sportsnet Corporation Pty Ltd (trading as Sportsnet Holidays)
Please read these Booking Terms and Conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Sportsnet Holidays. By paying your deposit, stage Payments and/or final Payment, you will be deemed to have understood and accepted these Booking Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions on any invoice, website, marketing, advertising, or communications are to be read in conjunction with these Booking Terms & Conditions.

Bookings and Payment:

Land Component within Australia: (excludes flights)

  • Days from Event: 90+ | 25% due within 7 days of booking | Full Payment due 90 days prior to Event date.
  • Days from Event: 30 – 90 | Full Payment due within 7 days of booking.
  • Days from Event: Within 30 | Full Payment due immediately to confirm booking.

Land Component International: (excludes flights)

  • Days from Event: 180+ | 25% due within 7 days of booking | 25% due 180 days prior to Event date | Full Payment due 90 days prior to Event date.
  • Days from Event: 90+ -180 | 50% due within 7 days of booking | Full Payment due 90 days prior to Event date.
  • Days from Event: 30 – 90 | Full Payment due within 7 days of booking.
  • Days from Event: Within 30 | Full Payment due immediately to confirm booking.

Land component Payment Terms may vary from time to time dependent on individual supplier payment terms and conditions.

Flight Component:

  • Domestic | Full Payment due immediately to confirm booking.
  • International | Full Payment due date dependent on individual airline’s terms and conditions.

All Payments including deposits, stage Payments and/or final Payments are 100% non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time if a Payment is seven (7) days overdue, and no refunds, exchanges, or Credits will be given. All booked services will be forfeited upon cancellation.  If we cancel a booking due to late Payment, and the services are able to be reinstated in full after the late Payment fee is made, an additional reinstatement fee of $100 including GST per person will apply, plus any Price differences or fees from suppliers or service providers. Reinstated bookings are subject to availability at the time they are being reinstated. Should a booking be cancelled due to a late Payment and you try to reinstate it when there is no availability there are no refunds, exchanges or Credits on any Payments made.

It is the lead traveller’s responsibility to ensure Payment deadlines are met.

All Prices quoted by Sportsnet Holidays are per person and in Australian Dollars ($AUD) unless otherwise specified, inclusive of Australian GST where applicable and are current at time of publication. Prices are inclusive of all applicable government taxes and charges, but they do not include any foreign taxes or other charges that may be subsequently imposed by third parties. Prices should be treated as a guide only and may vary due to changes in government taxes, other charges or due to fluctuations in foreign exchange rates. Please check all Prices and information with your Sportsnet Holidays consultant.

Where currency exchange rate fluctuations occur or any other increases in the Price of services provided which are beyond the control of Sportsnet Holidays, then Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to adjust Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour Prices accordingly, up to and including the day of departure of your itinerary, even though the final Payment may have been made. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.

If a Price is listed in a foreign currency, the final sale Price will usually be invoiced in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and will be calculated at the current exchange rate at the time of deposit, stage Payment and/or final Payment.

If a Price reduces or is discounted, this reduced rate is not applied to existing bookings. If a booking is cancelled in an attempt to re-book or re-instate at a reduced rate, full cancellation charges apply.

Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST):
At the time of publication, the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has ruled that international travel and related booking fees will not attract GST.

Domestic travel within Australia does attract GST. Should the GST rate change from the current rate of 10%, Sportsnet Holidays will be required to collect any increase from the customer irrespective of any Payments previously made towards a booking even if the booking is paid in full.

Payment Terms:
All Prices shown are applicable if paid by cheque or direct deposit. An additional 2.0% including GST credit card service fee will apply for Visa, Mastercard and American Express Payments. Our Payment Terms are provided in full on all quotes and may vary from product to product. All goods remain the property of Sportsnet Holidays until paid in full. If any monies remain outstanding from the quoted Payment date Sportsnet Holidays will be under no obligation to release Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour inclusions including but not limited to Tickets, itineraries, vouchers or merchandise and Sportsnet Holidays will reserve the right to release the Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour to the market and resell if it is able to do so.

Dishonoured cheques will incur a $100 including GST fee to cover banking fees and administrative costs. In an instance of a second dishonoured cheque, we reserve the right to terminate the booking. If we agree to allow the booking to continue, we shall insist that all future transactions be paid by direct deposit and / or credit card only. Further, all existing bookings, transactions and/or agreements will be suspended with immediate effect until such time as all outstanding monies are paid in full.

All Sportsnet Holidays Payments are facilitated via National Australia Bank (NAB) merchant facilities. All credit card Payments used to purchase products or services from Sportsnet Holidays, or a related Corporation will be transacted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

Please note that credit card Payments originating from outside Australia will be transacted in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and may be converted to the local billing currency of the credit card owner by the customer’s credit card company or bank. This conversion may be at a different exchange rate as nominated by the customer’s credit card company or bank. This may result in variations between Sportsnet Holidays quotes on the day of the transaction in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and the amount shown on the customer’s credit card statement. This is outside Sportsnet Holidays control and is not the responsibility of Sportsnet Holidays or any of the websites or commercial entities related to Sportsnet Holidays. Customers wishing to query or question variations in billing amounts should contact their credit card company or bank directly. Sportsnet Holidays will assist customers with supporting documents where reasonably possible.

If you are making electronic Payments from a foreign country, your financial institution may charge international transaction fees. These charges need to be paid by you so please take that into consideration by adding that fee to your Payment. 

How to Book:
Select your holiday of choice and then contact Sportsnet Holidays or your preferred travel agent who will request a booking for you. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Any verbal quote given is an estimate only of the Price and will be subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

Traveller Details:
In order for us to confirm a booking, we require Personal details including shipping address, traveller names, email addresses and phone numbers, preferably mobile/cell in writing. Please refer to our Privacy Policy. To book flights, exact names are required as per Passports. For international flights, we may request a copy, scan, or photo of Passports to verify names and expiry dates. If names are provided to us incorrectly, re-issue fees and name change fees from suppliers or service providers may apply. It is important that you provide names accurately in writing as per your Passport to avoid any re-issue fees and to ensure you can use the services booked. Please check your booking confirmation prior to us issuing flight tickets to ensure names are spelt correctly on your booking.  This is your responsibility as the traveller. You may not be able to use a service if it is booked with an incorrect name. If this happens, we cannot be held liable and will not offer a refund, exchange, or Credit.

If you are a travel agent and making a booking on behalf of a traveller or group of travellers, we require all traveller’s contact details including names, email addresses and phone numbers, preferably mobile/cell in writing. We reserve the right to charge name change fees and pass on name change fees from suppliers and service providers if names are provided incorrectly or changed. If traveller’s details are not provided, the travel agent accepts full responsibility for the transfer of information, and we cannot be held liable for any miscommunication that may occur and subsequent incidentals or expenses incurred. If there is a miscommunication, there are no refunds, exchanges, or Credits. This is important if there are last minute schedule changes, updates, or emergencies. Providing accurate traveller contact details will ensure your customers experience is enjoyable and problem free.  These contacts will not be provided to any third parties and will not be used by us for ongoing marketing activities.

A number of domestic and international airlines may be used in conjunction with your holiday Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour. All Airfares are subject to availability and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the airfare purchased.

It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure as airlines have the right to reschedule or cancel flights. For significant delays, it is your responsibility to notify the third parties including but not limited to the transfer company, Accommodation, tour company and Event as no-shows or significant delays can result in involuntary cancellation. It is prudent to arrive to any significant Event a day ahead, especially if travelling internationally.

Many airlines charge extra for baggage handling and seat selection. These fees will be outlined to you at the time of booking. In case we omit any of this information please feel free to ask us. Baggage is only included within published Airfares where allowances are included. We will not include baggage fees where they are shown as extra.

The same applies for seat selection options, these are your personal responsibility. Sportsnet Holidays will make reasonable endeavours to ensure your seating preference, however it is at the sole discretion of the airline. We recommend confirming your seating request directly with the airline online, by calling the airline directly and/or at the time of check-in. Any access codes required will be provided.

Baggage allowance on flights differ from airline to airline, excess luggage can be expensive and is payable by you directly to the airline.

Frequent Flyers:
If you are a member of an airline Frequent Flyer program, please advise us of your membership number so we can add to your flight booking.

It is advisable to retain your boarding passes and copies of tickets for points accrual verification against your statement. Without these, you may be unable to claim points. The verification of Frequent Flyer points, if applicable to your flight/s is your responsibility and your membership number should be quoted at the time of check-in.

Some group and individual Airfares are not eligible for points and status credits accrual, please check with us at time of booking. This is usually the discounted economy class Airfares and also applies to group Airfares on most carriers.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your requested room type is available, we cannot guarantee the actual bedding configuration of the room. These requests are forwarded to the Accommodation and are subject to availability on the day of check in. All additional requests are also subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Sportsnet Holidays.

Some Accommodations request that we wait to submit guest names until seven (7) days prior to check in, in such a case your Accommodation is reserved but your name will not yet be on file with the Accommodation.

All Accommodation provided by Sportsnet Holidays shall be subject to the Accommodation provider’s terms of occupancy. Sportsnet Holidays will not be responsible for any breaches of the terms of occupancy by the customer and any subsequent refusal of the Accommodation provider to accommodate its customer.

The customer acknowledges that an Accommodation provider may have to operate a relocation policy if the Accommodation is oversubscribed or rooms are unexpectedly unavailable. Sportsnet Holidays will liaise with the Accommodation provider to manage the relocation and shall use reasonable efforts to manage the relocation on a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory basis but Sportsnet Holidays shall not be liable to the customer if an Accommodation provider implements such a policy.

The customer acknowledges that check in and checkout times will vary from provider to provider.

Sportsnet Holidays has sourced the Accommodation included within a Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour with reasonable skill and care but does not make any representation or warranty to the customer that the star ratings or quality indicia provided are accurate or reflect, or are comparable to, equivalent standards used in the jurisdiction the customer is based. The customer acknowledges that it has been provided with sufficient information to determine the quality and standard of the Accommodation.

Upon check in at your Accommodation, a cash Payment or credit card pre-authorisation is required to guarantee incidental costs. Unless advised otherwise, the Accommodation provided does not include mini bar purchases, Internet access, telephone charges, pay-tv services, parking, food or beverages or any other service charges. The customer must settle their individual accounts with the Accommodation provider for any additional service charges prior to their departure. If a customer fails to settle his/her account in full, the customer will be required to immediately pay any outstanding sums on such account and hereby fully indemnifies Sportsnet Holidays for any and all costs and charges that are passed on to Sportsnet Holidays by the Accommodation provider in respect of the same.

The customer is responsible for their conduct whilst they are staying at or visiting the Accommodation. If the customer causes damage to their room or any Accommodation they will be required to pay for any damage prior to check-out or prior to the end of the visit (as applicable). If such a customer fails to pay for damage prior to check-out or the end of the visit (as applicable) the customer shall immediately pay the affected Accommodation provider directly for such damage. The customer hereby indemnifies Sportsnet Holidays for any costs, expenses, or charges that Sportsnet Holidays incurs as a result of a customer damaging their room or the Accommodation.

Ticket Conditions:

  • Tickets cannot be exchanged after purchase.
  • Tickets are non-transferable.
  • Tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to, the non-appearance of any particular person, group or personality expected by the Ticket holder, whether expected to enter an Event or not and whether advertised or not, denial of access to an Event by the Event organiser, any adverse weather conditions or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Event organiser.
  • Any Ticket that has been lost, stolen, or misplaced before or during an Event that can be replaced, will incur a fee of $100 including GST per person, per Ticket in addition to any fees imposed by service providers.
  • Sportsnet Holidays is not obliged to replace a Ticket under any circumstance, including but not limited to loss or theft. The Event organiser reserves its rights, however, to replace a Ticket which has been lost or stolen and charge a fee for that replacement, in its sole and absolute discretion.
  • Where Event Tickets are supplied to the customer, Sportsnet Holidays bears no responsibility for the location of seating within the Event venue.
  • Any Ticket purchased and the Ticket holder’s entry to and presence at the Event is subject to these Booking Terms and Conditions and subject to any terms, conditions and limitations of liability imposed by the owners or operators of the Event and/or venue for which Tickets are sold.
  • Tickets may not be advertised for resale on the Internet or in any other medium, resold, exchanged for a fee or reward or other valuable consideration or otherwise commercially dealt with. If a Ticket has been dealt with in contravention of this condition, the bearer of the Ticket may be denied admission.
  • For many Events, Tickets are sourced under license from the Event organiser and rights holder and may include administration, royalties or distribution fees over and above face value of the Ticket, this is to enable you early access to the Event and to guarantee those Tickets under license. In some cases, Tickets may be sourced from another supplier. In many cases due to postponements of Events or cancellations of Events the Tickets and fees may only be carried across to and valid only for the next scheduled Event. This will be assessed and communicated to you on a case by case basis.
  • Any authorised impression or map of the Event is provided as a guide only to the approximate locations of seating, viewing areas and other conveniences and attractions around the Event may not be drawn to scale. Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to determine actual and final location of and details concerning seating, viewing areas and other conveniences and attractions without notice. Natural or other obstructions may impede viewing in some areas and the Ticket holder acknowledges and accepts that no reliance is placed on such impression or map of the Event when purchasing Tickets.
  • Sportsnet Holidays will use reasonable endeavours to fulfill any specific requests to locate customers together however in the event they cannot be sat together, Sportsnet Holidays shall not be liable for any failure to meet a specific request from its customers or travel agents.

Group/Escorted Tours:
Some Group/Escorted Tours require minimum numbers to participate and proceed. If minimum numbers are not reached Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to cancel and provide a full refund to the customer or you will have the option to change to another similar Group/Escorted Tour that we are operating, providing there is availability. If transferring to another Group/Escorted Tour of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference between the Group/Escorted Tours. If transferring to another Group/Escorted Tour of a lesser value, we will provide a refund for the difference between the Group/Escorted Tours. Similarly, some Group/Escorted Tours have a maximum capacity and should the capacity be exceeded, we are unable to provide the Event or service, a full refund will be made to you.

If a Group/Escorted Tour requires an itinerary change, we reserve the right to adjust the Price for that Group/Escorted Tourcomponent and you will be advised prior to that change but only if it impacts the pricing in any way.

We cannot be held liable for losses, incidentals, or expenses in relation to a cancelled Group/Escorted Tour if minimum numbers are not met. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing a comprehensive Travel Insurance policy when booking. If you are using Travel Insurance services provided by a third party, we recommend you assess the cover appropriately in respect to our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Any amendments to a booking as below will incur a fee of $100 including GST per person, per change in addition to any fees imposed by service providers. Each time an amendment is made this fee will apply in addition to any changes in pricing by suppliers.

Bookings may be upgraded in value, subject to availability but not downgraded in value. If upgrading a booking you will be invoiced for any difference in Price. Some services and Tickets cannot be changed once booked.

Changes to already confirmed and invoiced bookings will only be accepted on a case by case basis subject to our discretion.

Amendment fees are applied to cover the time and work involved in reissuing documents and the administration in updating bookings and services with our suppliers.

  • Flights
    After flight tickets have been issued, any workable flight changes including but not limited to, date, name and/or routing changes.
  • Accommodation
    Within thirty (30) days of Accommodation check in, any workable Accommodation changes including but not limited to, date, name, Accommodation type and/or room type.
  • Cruise
    Within thirty (30) days of cruise check in, any workable cruise changes including but not limited to, date, name, cruise type and/or cabin type.
  • Documentation
    Any requested changes after Documentation has been issued and/or dispatched from the Sportsnet Holidays office.

Within Australia, all Tickets and Documentation are sent via courier to your nominated street address approximately one (1) to two (2) weeks prior to the Event. Courier fees for bookings within Australia are included in all Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour inclusions. Please note in most circumstances no signature is required and the courier will leave your documents in a safe place should you not be home. You will receive an email or phone call prior to delivery to advise you of the estimated delivery date.

For customers residing outside of Australia, documents will be made available upon arrival at your Accommodation or at a designated pick up point. Alternatively, an international courier fee is payable at your cost and can be quoted for documents to be forwarded to your nominated street address.

Documentation may be sent as an e-ticket to your nominated email address. Please ensure that you have access to your e-mail whilst travelling.

It is your responsibility to check all travel documents and obtain all Documentation for your trip. The name/s supplied to Sportsnet Holidays must be exactly what appears on the Passports (including any middle name), passengers can be refused boarding at time of departure if names differ.

Documentation including Tickets will not under any circumstances be issued prior to receipt and bank clearance of final Payment.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy:
Notice of cancellation is required via email, text message or any other reasonable means subject to confirmation in writing.

If you cancel your booking there will be no refund of monies paid.

In the very limited circumstances as set out in these Terms or if at our discretion we provide a refund, we will charge you for administrative and other reasonable expenses we have incurred.

No refunds, exchanges or Credits shall be offered, where a Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour is deemed to have begun, where the customer has embarked on the trip or where the customer has agreed to a non-refundable deposit, stage Payments and/or final Payments.

Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute Payment in respect of the provision of products or services that are unavailable at time of booking shall be refunded.

Unused Services:
Unused vouchers for services that are provided as part of a Sportsnet Holidays Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Not Included in Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour Price:
Your Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour Price does not include the cost of Passports, Visas, Travel Insurance, excess baggage, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, telecommunications such as mobile phone and Internet access, gratuities, meals and beverages, laundry, items not specifically mentioned as being included, etc unless specified.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance policy at time of booking to cover all aspects of your holiday including loss of deposit, stage Payments and/or final Payment through cancellation, overseas medical, hospital and emergency expenses, loss of luggage and personal items, accidental death, your legal liability, etc. This is general advice only.

For some Travel Packages and Group/Escorted Tours, Sportsnet Holidays will require compulsory Travel Insurance. Please note this can be booked through Sportsnet Holidays or your preferred Travel Insurance provider in which case we will require a copy of your Travel Insurance policy.

Sportsnet Holidays takes no responsibility as to the outcome of any Travel Insurance claim.

Any Travel Insurance booked through Sportsnet Holidays may result in a commission being paid to Sportsnet Holidays.

Event Cancellation Insurance:
Sportsnet Holidays does not have Event Cancellation Insurance and it is the responsibility of each customer to purchase a comprehensive Travel Insurance Policy to cover any such cancellations.

Event Changes, Postponement and Cancellation:
Sportsnet Holidays cannot be responsible or liable whatsoever for the non-appearance of any individual player or participant. The details of the Event shown in any material supplied by Sportsnet Holidays is correct at the time of printing, but the customer shall be responsible for checking with the Event that no alterations have been made. Sportsnet Holidays shall not be held liable for any omission by any person not employed directly by Sportsnet Holidays. Sportsnet Holidays has no control over the Event and does not have any and cannot accept any Liability for the actions or omissions of the organisers or operators of the Event or their servants, agents, or employees.

Sportsnet Holidays shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss, damage or expense caused by the curtailment, postponement, or cancellation of an Event. Sportsnet Holidays give no warranties that the Event shall take place at the time or place stipulated, or at all. Sportsnet Holidays shall not be liable to provide any refund if the Event is curtailed, postponed, or cancelled.

Events Beyond Our Control:
If it is necessary to change the itinerary due to safety, maritime law, severe weather, to protect human life or health or other factors outside our control, we will attempt to offer a revised itinerary as close as possible to the original itinerary. We will not provide any compensation in connection with the revised itinerary unless Australian consumer laws require otherwise.

Sportsnet Holidays does not accept any Liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which is beyond its control including, but not limited to, the failure or negligence of third party suppliers (e.g. Accommodation providers, tour operators, Event organisers, etc), acts of government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial disputes.

Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to cancel Travel Packages and Group/Escorted Tours at any time prior to the departure date due to events beyond its control. A Credit Note or alternate date, whether suitable to the customer or not, may be provided in lieu. The customer shall have no right to claim damages from Sportsnet Holidays unless Australian consumer laws deem otherwise.

Sportsnet Holidays has no responsibility for any property or personal effects at the Event.

Force Majeure Event:
A Force Majeure Event means any event affecting the performance by Sportsnet Holidays and its suppliers of its obligations which is beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to any government directive, strike or labour disturbance, lockout, act of vandalism, acts of God, fire, failure or shortage of power supplies, satellite or other communications links or technical failure, flood, explosion, earthquake, subsidence, structural damage, epidemic or other natural physical disaster, riot, disease, civil commotion or armed conflict, war, terrorist action or the threat of any of the foregoing.

Sportsnet Holidays and its suppliers shall not be liable for its inability to perform any obligations caused by a Force Majeure Event.

Credit Notes:
In some instances, travel components may be held in Credit towards a postponed or future Event either by us or by suppliers. This may also apply to airlines and cruise companies. We will guide you through this process should this occur. These circumstances will only be possible at our discretion. Credit Notes exclude any credit card fees and purchased Travel Insurance, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and will only be redeemable for product on the website. A date for the Credit Note to be redeemed will be provided with any balance due after redeeming your Credit Note to be settled as per the Sportsnet Holidays Booking Terms & Conditions Payment Terms.

Customer Behaviour:
Sportsnet Holidays and its third party suppliers reserve the right either before or during a Travel Package and or Group/Escorted Tour, to refuse to carry or accommodate any customer who it reasonably considers, in the light of the best interests of all customers, to be unsuitable by virtue of their demeanour or behaviour. Sportsnet Holidays may exercise this right without providing any reason. Sportsnet Holidays Cancellations and Refunds Policy above applies.

Prohibited Activities:
Travel Packages and Group/Escorted Tours including Tickets obtained from Sportsnet Holidays may not be used for advertising or promotional purposes, as competition prizes or trade incentives, nor may they be used in raffles, lotteries or draws whether for commercial or charitable purposes without the prior written authority of Sportsnet Holidays and the Event Organiser which may withhold such authority at its sole discretion.

Product Descriptions:
Accommodation descriptions advertised on the Internet or in any other medium are based on current domestic and international Accommodation guides and information provided by Accommodations and third party suppliers. Any facilities shown as included are subject to change without notice at any time.

In addition to Accommodation descriptions, Sportsnet Holidays has made every effort to ensure all Product Descriptions including but not limited to flights, Tickets, transport, functions, and sightseeing information is accurate at time of publication.

Passport and Visas:
For Australian Passport holders, you must ensure your Australian Passport has a validity of six (6) months after your return date to Australia and advise us if you wish us to make any necessary Visa applications on your behalf.

Please check the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade website, for up to date information on Visa requirements for international travel. In the event that you are travelling to a country or countries which do not require a Visa for Australian Passport holders, you must tell us if you have been arrested or convicted in respect of any offence or breach of law. Non-disclosure of this information may lead to your being refused entry on arrival in certain countries. In that event, we take no responsibility whatsoever. If you do not wish to disclose such information to us, then you must contact the embassy of each country of destination and make your own arrangements in regard to entry to that country.

For non-Australian Passport holders, please refer to the appropriate body in your local country for the most up to date Passport and Visa requirements for international travel.

Travel Advice:
Sportsnet Holidays makes no representations as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Before you travel, Sportsnet Holidays strongly recommends you obtain International Travel Advice from various sources including local government, local Consular offices, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Smartraveller, website.

It is your responsibility to acquaint yourself with all relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you are aware of the personal risks apparent upon such travel.

Health Requirements:
Customers should consult their doctor or a travellers’ medical centre prior to travel for advice on Health and vaccination requirements in all destinations included in their itinerary.

Photos, Videos and Marketing:
We reserve the right to use images, video footage and testimonials taken during the Event or service for advertising and promotional purposes on a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license.

Under circumstances where our Liability cannot be excluded and where Liability may be lawfully limited, such Liability is limited to the remedies required of us under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law). This Liability clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these Booking Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Failure by Sportsnet Holidays to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Booking Terms and Conditions and any agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as Waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Booking Terms and Conditions or of any agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision.

Relevant Law:
The laws of the State of Victoria and Australia govern these Booking Terms and Conditions and your use of this website constitutes consent to these Booking Terms and Conditions and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts. If any of these Booking Terms and Conditions are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these Booking Terms and Conditions and the remaining Booking Terms and Conditions will continue to apply.

Disclosure of Personal Information:
The customer/s acknowledge that they will provide Sportsnet Holidays from time to time with information about themselves that is of a personal nature. The customer/s consents that Sportsnet Holidays may use such Personal Information to make and complete airline bookings and other travel related arrangements on their behalf. Sportsnet Holidays also complies with its Privacy Policy.

When a deposit, stage Payment and/or final Payment is made, the customer (on behalf of oneself and the other persons named or to be named in the booking), confirm that they have read, understood and accept the Sportsnet Holidays Booking Terms and Conditions for the chosen Travel Package and Group/Escorted Tour.

They confirm that they have been offered Travel Insurance by Sportsnet Holidays and understand that Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to cancel their booking should funds not be received by the due date and that there are no refunds for unused services.

In the event that an accident, disaster or emergency is reported to have occurred in a country where they will or may be travelling, they authorise Sportsnet Holidays to disclose to the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade or your local embassy/consulate details of the customer’s itinerary (including without limitation, transport and Accommodation arrangements) and their contact details within Australia and overseas.

Notification of Changes to Booking Terms and Conditions:
Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to amend these Booking Terms and Conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your Booking or any deposit, stage Payments and/or final Payment will signify your acceptance of any variation to these Booking Terms and Conditions. You agree that, in the event that any portion of these Booking Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Booking Terms and Conditions remain in full force and effect.

Any revisions will be effective immediately.

Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising after departure or during an Event is to be brought to the attention of the supplier first. If satisfactory resolution cannot be obtained the dispute is to then be referred to Sportsnet Holidays.  Sportsnet Holidays will use its best endeavours to resolve the dispute in a way that is satisfactory and reasonable to all parties. In the event that Sportsnet Holidays is unable to resolve any such dispute, Sportsnet Holidays reserves the right to refer the dispute to the Disputes Resolution process in the jurisdiction that it has arisen.

Any dispute between Sportsnet Holidays and a customer must be referred to a Mediation process and such process exhausted without resolution before any party has recourse to the Courts.
