A. No. The package is only available with Category 2 Tickets for both matches.
Q. Are transfers included in this package?
A. No, no transfers are included with this cruise package. You must make your own way to and from the port where the ship is docked. No game day transfers are included, you must make your own way to and from Stade Velodrome.
Q. Is pre and post nights in Nice available for purchase with this package?
A. Yes. Any requests are subject to availability.

Q. What happens if I miss embarkation?
A. A no show will result in the retention of 100% of the total cost of the service. Failure to register at the arrival point, whether caused by a delay in pre-routing by air, rail or land, or any other cause is not exempt from cancellation fees and is not the responsibility of the service provider.

Q. What is the currency onboard?
A. For cruises in the Mediterranean, Northern Europe, Arabian Peninsula, Cuba and West Indies, the onboard currency is Euro.
Q. What documents are required?
A. Each guest is responsible for acquiring and presenting all travel documents necessary for boarding the ship in their respective country of embarkation including a valid passport and any visas required for the cruise itinerary. Please note that each guest is also responsible for securing any necessary visas and immunizations.
Q. How many pieces of luggage can I take on board?
A. . There is no “limit” to luggage per se, but if a larger item needs to be checked in onboard, please let us know as the closets in the cabins have limited space.

A. In line with global standards, smoking areas on board are fewer than non-smoking areas and are indicated by signage and ashtrays. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted in cabins, on cabin balconies and anywhere not expressly indicated by signage and ashtrays.

A. 220V. International adaptors including European/Asia/Japan and USA plugs are recommended to be taken with you as only a limited supply is available from the Information Office. Please note: Heat-generating devices including irons & hair irons, electric kettles, bottle warmers, electric blankets etc. are not allowed onboard.
