A. There are different standard of tickets from a Ground Pass, Margaret Court to Rod Laver Arena Reserved Tickets. Ground Pass and Category 3 Rod Laver Arena tickets are included in our packages.
Q. Do grandstand tickets include reserved seating?
A. Margaret Court and Rod Laver Arena is reserved seating. All outside courts including Hisense Arena are unreserved.
Q. Is there disabled access to the event?
A. Yes, however it is subject to availability.
Q. What is the Extreme Heat Policy?
A. The decision on implementing the heat policy will take into account the forecast once the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius, and the Wet Bulb Global Temperature (WBGT) reading exceeds 32.5. When conditions exceed these levels the Referee is taking into account the forecast and state of play when making his discretionary call. Matches currently in progress will continue until the end of an even number games in that set or completion of tie break. At the completion of the even number of games in that set or completion of tie break, play will be suspended. A roof will only be closed because of extreme heat if a decision has been made by the Referee to suspend the completion or commencement of matches on the outdoor courts; When the EHP has been implemented, the Tournament Referee will suspend the calling of any further matches on outside courts.
