Tickets
Q. Can I buy tickets without accommodation?
A. Tickets for Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court Arena must be bought in conjunction with accommodation. Sportsnet Super Suite tickets can be purchased without accommodation.

A. Yes, the package can be bought without tickets.
Q. Are there children’s tickets available?
A. Concession tickets are available for Rod Laver Arena and Margaret Court Arena. Concession tickets are not available for John Cain Arena and the Sportsnet Super Suite.
Q. Can I request where I sit?
A. Yes, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Q. Do grandstand tickets include reserved seating?
A. All tickets will be reserved seating in 2021.
Q. Is there disabled access to the event?
A. Yes, however it is subject to availability.
Q. What is the Extreme Heat Policy?
A. The decision on implementing the heat policy will take into account the forecast once the ambient temperature exceeds 40 degrees Celsius, and the Wet Bulb Global Temperature (WBGT) reading exceeds 32.5. When conditions exceed these levels the Referee is taking into account the forecast and state of play when making his discretionary call. Matches currently in progress will continue until the end of an even number games in that set or completion of tie break. At the completion of the even number of games in that set or completion of tie break, play will be suspended. A roof will only be closed because of extreme heat if a decision has been made by the Referee to suspend the completion or commencement of matches on the outdoor courts; When the EHP has been implemented, the Tournament Referee will suspend the calling of any further matches on outside courts.
